A pic I did for a friend some time back, I decided to see how well a scanned peice of line art would do if I just used airbrush, paint, smudge, and maybe three layers. Besides a few little things here and there, it seems to have turned out moderatly well...though rendering it took waaay too long. There's a reason I usually just color something with pencils then adjust it in photoshop...I'm too damn lazy to sit and do CGing often.
