She's still a element of water and of course she's blue...very blue. I did a background for once although it looks a little messy. Anyways, colored with colored pencils again.

OMG that is beautiful color pencil coloring. I love how the colors just blend in together! I also like how you got all the blues and purples together to make for an 'icy' feel on the pic!

Very nicely colored indeed. You have wonderful talent with coloring with colored pencils
